I have been recruiting for the past 15 years as an in-house recruiter then as an owner of a national staffing company. If there’s one thing I’ve learned is that a diploma reveals nothing about a persons work ethic, character or capabilities. Grit, consistency and intelligence are far more valuable to an enterprise than a diploma ever could be. We want to change the Recruiting landscape of how hiring is done in America and across the globe one student at a time.
Our main goal is to add real intrinsic value to the hiring process by providing companies with SalaryShark graduates who will make a significant long term impact to their bottom line. Due to technology being so prevalent as it is today, I believe working remotely has become the new normal for professionals around the world. I am living proof that working from home does not just earn you the salary you desire but also gives you the freedom, lifestyle and precious time that we all crave.
